Executive Producer
Ego Boyo began her career as an actor in Amaka
Igwe’s critically acclaimed soap opera “Checkmate”.
A graduate of the Theatre Arts Department, University of
Benin, Nigeria, she enthralled Nigerian viewers as Anne
Hathrop for over five years from the early to mid 1990s.
In
1996, Ego delved into the world of movie production. Her
first film was Violated, a moving movies production.
Violated is arguably one of Nigeria’s biggest hit
films to date. That same year, Ego Boyo founded her own
production company Temple Productions Limited. Ego has
produced several Television and radio jingles for prominent
corporations in Nigeria, including but not limited to
Coca Cola, MTN, Ocean & oil Services, Unipetrol Nigeria,
Schlumberger, Makeli Nig ltd., and Youth Business Initiative.
“ 30 Days” is Temple production’s second
film production. The first was the 2000 film “Keeping
Faith”, co-produced by Teleptioris Ltd. The widely
acclaimed film starred Richard Mofe Damijo, Genevieve
Nnaji and Joke Silva.
